Terms of Use

1. The service

ChatMai brings a shop's customer conversations from connected channels into one inbox, with contacts, labels, notes, products, team assignment and analytics. It can draft and send AI replies based on the shop's own information, queue questions it cannot answer for the owner, notify the owner through the ChatMai LINE account, and pass orders to a connected sales system. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You sign in to ChatMai with a ContentVelo account. The owner of a workspace invites team members and sets their permissions. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity in your workspace.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, you must also follow that platform's own terms and policies. Whether a channel can be connected depends on the platform's approval, your credentials and the platform's rules; platforms can limit or withdraw access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform's outages, policy changes or decisions.

4. Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of your content and your customers' conversations. You allow us to store and process them only to provide ChatMai to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers and for the messages your team or your AI settings send.

5. AI replies

AI replies are generated automatically. ChatMai limits them to your own information and hands a conversation to a person when it cannot find an answer, but it cannot guarantee that every reply is complete or correct. You are responsible for keeping your knowledge base and shop information accurate and for monitoring the replies sent to your customers. If you use your own AI provider key, that provider's charges and terms are between you and the provider.

6. LINE notifications

Shop owners can link their LINE account through LINE Login to receive notifications from the ChatMai LINE Official Account. This account only sends notifications to shop owners; it is separate from your shop's own LINE Official Account and is not used to contact your customers. You can change which notifications you receive, or disconnect, in ChatMai at any time. Delivery depends on LINE and on your having added the ChatMai account as a friend.

7. Fees

ChatMai has a free level and paid packages and add-ons. The price, what is included and the period covered are those shown on the pricing page and at checkout when you buy; VAT is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. For questions about a payment or a refund, contact us.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use ChatMai to:

• send spam or messages that people have not agreed to receive where the law or platform rules require agreement;
• send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading content;
• break the rules of a connected platform;
• collect or use people's data without a lawful basis;
• interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to ChatMai or another workspace;
• copy or resell the service without our permission.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end access to ChatMai if these terms are broken, if a platform requires it, or to protect the service or other users. You can stop using ChatMai at any time by disconnecting your channels and asking us to delete your data.

10. Liability

ChatMai is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by connected platforms, AI providers, or content that you or your team send. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell merchants about significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use ChatMai after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Thailand.
